ORUS Platform Step-by-Step Guide

⚠️ Important Reminder

Taxpayers must have an existing ORUS account to be able to generate a Registration Seal Badge. Taxpayers who do not have an ORUS account are required to enroll or create an account in ORUS following the guidelines prescribed under Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 122-2022.

A. For New Business Registrants

Step 1: Go to ORUS website at orus.bir.gov.ph/home and log-in
Step 2: Click and choose or
Step 3: Scroll down and click for Non-Individual or for Individual
Step 4-5: Fill out mandatory fields on "Taxpayer Information" and "Authorized Representative Details" tabs, click after each
Step 6: Fill out "Business Address" tab and click
Step 7-9: On "Business Information" tab, select applicable answers, click , fill out pop-up fields, then click
Step 10-11: Search and select appropriate "Industry Group" and "PSIC Code", fill out "Line of Business", click
Step 12: Double-check "Primary Business" and "Industry Details". Make corrections if needed, then click
Step 13: For individual professional taxpayers, fill out PSOC code field
Step 14-18: Complete "Business Information Incentive", "Tax Type", ATP/BIR Printed Invoice choice, Stockholder details (if applicable), and Attachments tabs
Step 19: Review Summary page, check 3 boxes, and click
Step 20: Wait for RDO approval within 3 working days, then pay β‚±30.00 DST in ORUS
Step 21-22: Select payment channel, make payment, then generate COR and Authority to Print from profile page

B. For Existing Business Taxpayers

Step 1: Go to ORUS website at orus.bir.gov.ph/home and log-in
